We ship all precision laboratory instruments via reliable commercial carriers (including FedEx, UPS, and DHL) to ensure safe, tracked delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. Shipments are normally delivered within 3-8 business days. Large volumes of items or heavy items may require delivery by freight truck and if your purchase requires this shipping method we will contact you via Orders@surgescientific.com email with additional information about freight truck deliveries.
3. Free Ground Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50, while orders under $50 incur a flat-rate shipping fee, and within the contiguous 48 States in USA(excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Expedited/overnight options are available upon request
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Surge Scientific ships to physical business, university, laboratory, and residential addresses across the United States. Due to the size, weight, and value of precision scientific instruments, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your active tracking number(s) once your order has officially left our warehouse facility. The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24 hours of generation.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Surge Scientific is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.). For domestic US shipments, applicable state sales taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
6. Damages, Lost Shipments, and Discrepancies
Our manufacturing and fulfillment partners utilize high-standard industrial packaging to protect delicate glass and electronic laboratory components during transit. If you receive your order and the exterior packaging or internal equipment is damaged, please take photographs of the damage immediately.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at our official contact email so we can initiate a carrier claim and arrange for a resolution.
