The Nextirrer® "Godzilla" is built for labs that have outgrown a mini stirrer but don't need a hotplate underneath. 5 liters of stirring capacity across a Φ135 mm tempered glass plate, driven by a 20 W wear-free motor with no brushes to fail — controlled by a touch screen and a precise LED setpoint that you can write into a protocol and reproduce next month, next year, or in another lab entirely.
Why Setpoint Precision Matters at Scale
A 5-liter batch is where shear errors stop being academic. The same vortex that's "about right" for a beaker becomes the difference between a uniform suspension and a settled cake at 5L scale — and an analog knob has no way to record what speed actually delivered the result you want. The Nextirrer® uses a touch-screen LED interface that lets you dial in any value across 50–1500 RPM, log it precisely, and run a timed protocol up to 99h 59min without touching the unit again. Same setpoint, same timer, same vortex — every batch, every operator, every time.
5 L Capacity · 20 W Drive
Handles 5 liters of water across the full speed range, and 3 L even at the top 1500 RPM. The 20 W brushless drive is sized for sustained mixing of viscous reagents and large beakers.
LED Display + Touch Control
Bright LED shows precise speed and remaining time. Touch screen sets values without the wear-out failure mode of mechanical knobs and membrane keys.
Wear-Free Drive
No brushes, no bearing wear, no service interval — same drive performance on year five as day one. Auto-reverse rotation every 30 seconds breaks dead zones for uniform mixing.
Tempered Glass · IP65
Φ135 mm plate is acid- and alkali-resistant, dust-tight, and rated against direct water jets. Wipes clean with any solvent — buffer spills, organic splashes, routine disinfection.
