Gentier X3R Real-Time PCR System
4 Channels · 3×32 Wells · 13.3" Touchscreen · Standalone · 2-Second Block Scan · Clinical Workhorse
The majority of clinical qPCR assays — infectious disease panels, viral load quantification, STI multiplex, blood screening — run on four dye channels. The Gentier X3R is built precisely around that reality: four optimized fluorescence channels, three fully independent 32-well thermal blocks, and a 13.3-inch standalone touchscreen — delivering the full multi-block concurrent throughput of the X3 platform in the channel configuration that matches how clinical labs actually run their assay menus.

Why Four Channels Is the Right Configuration for Clinical Multi-Block qPCR
Clinical diagnostic labs don't run 6-channel panels. They run FAM for the primary target, HEX/VIC for the internal control, ROX as the passive reference, and Cy5 for the second pathogen in duplex and triplex panels. These four channels cover the complete validated assay menu of the vast majority of clinical reference laboratories — and paying for Channels 5 and 6 that will never be loaded with a probe is an instrument budget decision with no diagnostic return.
The Gentier X3R delivers the same three-block independent concurrent architecture, the same ≥6.2°C/s maximum heating rate, the same ±0.2°C block uniformity, and the same 13.3-inch standalone touchscreen as the 6-channel X3E — optimized to four channels that match the clinical diagnostic workload. Three assay batches run simultaneously. Each block operates independently. The touchscreen runs without a PC. That is the X3R's value proposition: full X3 platform capability, precisely tuned to clinical deployment.
Three Independent Blocks — One Instrument
Block 1
32 Wells · Independent
Runs its own protocol, its own cycle program, and its own fluorescence acquisition — simultaneously with the other two blocks, without interference.
Block 2
32 Wells · Independent
Fully autonomous thermal cycling with independent ramp rates and protocol timing — can be mid-run while Block 1 is completing and Block 3 is starting.
Block 3
32 Wells · Independent
Captures fluorescence data on its own schedule, independent of Block 1 and Block 2 — enabling three time-staggered batches on a single instrument.
Three Independent Blocks for Clinical Batching
Three 32-well sample cabins each run their own thermal protocol and fluorescence acquisition simultaneously — process three patient batches, three assay types, or three time-staggered runs concurrently without a scheduling queue, without wasted instrument time between batches, and without cross-block thermal interference.
Clinical-Grade Thermal Performance
Maximum heating rate of ≥6.2°C/s, maximum cooling rate of ≥5.0°C/s, ±0.2°C block uniformity, and ≤0.1°C temperature accuracy across all three blocks — validated to CV ≤1% repeatability and |r| ≥0.995 linear correlation. The pressure-sensing hot lid prevents consumable deformation and evaporation in every block independently.
13.3" Touchscreen — Standalone Clinical Operation
The adjustable 13.3-inch full-color touchscreen enables complete instrument control, real-time amplification curve monitoring, and result review without a connected PC. 1,000 results stored on-board, power-failure auto-recovery, and Ethernet plus USB connectivity for data transfer when LIMS integration is required.
Full Clinical Analysis Suite
Absolute and relative quantification, melting curve analysis, genotyping, endpoint fluorescence, and HRM are all available directly on the instrument — with gradient, Touch Down, long-range, and standard PCR protocol support covering every assay format in the clinical diagnostic menu.
Four channels. Three independent blocks. One standalone clinical instrument. The X3R runs three concurrent assay batches under touchscreen control — no PC required, no channel overhead for dyes you never use, and no throughput ceiling when your patient volume peaks.
