NERO NRO-T-300 12-Channel Pipettor

12-Channel Multi-Channel · 40-300 uL · UniCal® Recalibration

Multi-channel plate workflows demand consistency every 12 channels can sustain across the row. The NRO-T-300 brings NERO's UniCal® recalibration and µAir® zero-dead-air system to 12-channel format, holding 0.8% accuracy and 0.3% CV at the 300 uL nominal across the full row.

Why The NRO-T-300?

In ELISA, qPCR plate setup, and clinical screening, channel-to-channel volume variability is the single largest source of intra-plate CV. Manual multi-channel pipettes cannot eliminate it — the operator's thumb controls all 12 plungers, and force distributes unevenly across the row.

The NRO-T-300 extends NERO's single-channel precision platform to multi-channel work. UniCal® recalibration in under 30 seconds keeps the entire 12-channel head in spec without sending the instrument out for service, while the sequential tip ejector simplifies tip removal between transfers. The pipette fills a full 96-well plate row in one stroke.

🔧

UniCal® CALIBRATION

NERO's patented UniCal® technology lets you recalibrate in under 30 seconds in a single step — no disengaging digits, no third-party service, no instrument downtime.

🎯

0.8% AT 300 uL

At full volume, the NRO-T-300 delivers 0.8% accuracy and 0.3% CV per the catalog spec across all 12 channels, verified at Microlit's ISO 17025 NABL lab.

💨

µAir® ZERO DEAD-AIR

NERO's µAir® technology eliminates the dead-air space between piston and liquid — delivering accuracy and repeatability that conventional micropipettes cannot reach, especially at sub-microliter volumes.

3-5N PLUNGER FORCE

Ultra-soft plunger requires only 3-5N of force for the first stop — the lightest pipetting experience in the industry, designed to eliminate repetitive strain injury (RSI) on long protocols.

"12 channels, UniCal® recalibration, 0.8% accuracy at 300 uL." — The NRO-T-300 brings NERO's patented in-house recalibration to multi-channel plate work — the precision platform extended across an entire plate row in a single stroke.
